What this site is

OutOfFrame is a neighbor map of cameras you can see — plate readers, city cameras, and doorbells — plus a quiet ping when you get close. The live map, alerts, quieter routes, accounts, and reporting are not open yet. City pages, FAQ, and camera notes are live. Counts stay at zero until neighbors report.

Your data

We never sell your personal data. We never share it with advertisers or data brokers. The full rules live on the privacy policy.

How you may use it

Use OutOfFrame to see what is public, report what you can see when reporting opens, and talk about policy with sources. Awareness and accountability only.

What you may not do

• Post or ask for help to disable, vandalize, jam, or interfere with a camera
• Use the site to evade law enforcement
• Pin a private home closer than block-level when a block pin is enough
• Upload a photo meant to harass a neighbor
• Invent a city camera count
• Watch or publish someone else’s plate or name
• Claim OutOfFrame can see a live police or Flock alert list, or whether a person is in a fusion graph
• Scrape the site in a way that harms other visitors or pretends to be us

What you post

When reporting opens, a camera you report may appear on the public map. You keep whatever rights you have in your text and photos. You give OutOfFrame permission to show that report so neighbors can see it. We may remove a post that breaks these terms or the community guidelines.

Accuracy

We do not invent a camera count. Pins will be community reports with a verification ladder when that ships. Public notes keep their source link. The site can be empty, late, or wrong. Check the source before you act.

No warranty

The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be up, complete, or fit a particular purpose. OutOfFrame is not legal advice, and it is not a warning that someone is looking for you.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use this site. Do not send us personal data about a child under 13.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
